How do I Order a Product?

What Payment methods does MORA Clothing accept?

We offer a wide variety of Payment Methods to you!

Island-wide COD is available. You can purchase through our website and also payments can be done by using KOKO Pay, MINT Pay, credit or debit cards, as well as online bank transfers, and payment links.

Can the Order be Shipped to Multiple Addresses?

Sorry, but each order will only be sent to the designated location. If, however, you need to send a gift to a friend or family member, we will deliver it to any address you specify even without an invoice printed on it.

How do I know the size fits me?

On each product page, please click the link to the sizing chart. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service staff if you have any special inquiries.

How long does it take for the goods to be delivered?

Your order will be delivered promptly and safely within 3 – 5 working days, but packages shipped within City Limits will only take 2-3 working days.

What are the Deliver Charges?

Our standard delivery fee is Rs. 500 to City Limits & delivery charges vary for outstation deliveries. (North & East Areas)

What is the Period of Return Notice?

Within 7 working days of the purchase of the goods, exchanges can be made. Sending us a message asking to do an exchange requires using the same platform from where you placed your order. You will receive help from our Exchange Team with all the steps.

What is the Status of my Order?

Can I Exchange my Order?
